For individual, non-commercial and non-monetized use only.You may:• Use the character as your personal OC (Original Character).
• Upload images on social media with credit.
• Use as profile pictures, wallpapers, or personal projects.
• Commission additional artwork for personal use.
• Make minor edits or redesigns for personal enjoyment.You may NOT:• Sell or redistribute the original artwork.
• Mint as NFT or use in blockchain projects.
• Use for AI training, datasets, or machine learning.
• Claim the original design as your own.
• Use commercially or for monetized content.

Commercial License – ContentFor content creators, streamers, VTubers, game developers, publishers, and businesses creating monetized digital content.You may:• Use the character in monetized videos, livestreams, comics, visual novels, games, or digital media.
• Create promotional artwork featuring the character.
• Commission additional artwork for commercial content.
• Monetize content featuring the character.You may NOT:• Resell or redistribute the original artwork.
• Sell the character as another Adopt.
• Transfer or sublicense the license to another party.
• Use for AI training or image generation datasets.Copyright of the original design remains with the artist.Commercial License – MerchandisingFor businesses and creators producing physical or digital merchandise.You may:• Produce merchandise featuring the character.
• Sell prints, acrylic stands, stickers, keychains, apparel, books, posters, and similar products.
• Use the character in commercial branding or promotional campaigns.
• Produce products for resale.You may NOT:• Resell the original artwork or source files.
• Redistribute the artwork as a digital asset pack.
• Claim ownership of the original character design.
• Use the artwork for AI datasets or machine learning.The artist retains full copyright and intellectual property ownership unless an Exclusive Rights Agreement is purchased separately.
